How to view locked scraps in Orkut

Here is the way to do so :

Create sandbox account

Follow this link (http://code.google.com/support/opensocialsignup/)

And sign up & ur account is added to developers account

After 3 days u get confirmation e-mail and then

Login to sandbox server for that type sandbox instead of www

http://sandbox.orkut.com

Now u can access anyones scrap (only).
